‘O’ Allāh, just as You have shielded

 my face from bowing to any but You..'

‘Abd-Allāh ibn Ahmad ibn Hanbal, [may Allah have mercy on them both], said:

“I would often hear my father say in his prostration:

‘O’ Allāh, just as You have shielded my face from bowing to any but You, then shield it from seeking aid from any but You.’“
