Whoever employs a man among

 his loved ones or relatives

Abdul Malik ibn ‘Umayr (رضي الله عنه) reported:

👤Umar ibn al-Khattab (رضي الله عنه) said:

“Whoever employs a man among his loved ones or relatives, employing him for no other reason besides that (no skill, no qualification, only the fact that he is a relative), then he has betrayed: Allah, His messenger () and the believers.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL IN ONE'S EYES

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL IN ONE'S EYES

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) reported, the Prophet (ﷺ) said,

"A woman is married for four reasons: for her wealth, for her class, for her beauty or for her piety. Select the pious, may your hand be rubbed in the dust!"

* Bukhari (5090) and Muslim (1466)

"Select the pious," meaning to look upon her as a prize you want to win. "The pious" meaning the religious one.

One should know that if they follow this advice, this religious woman will turn out to be the most beautiful in one's eyes even if she is only slightly beautiful. Beauty is not the only criterion. Sometimes the woman looks very beautiful, but Allāh makes her look ugly in her husband's view. And he hears people talk about her beauty, but, in fact, she is not beautiful because hearts are controlled by Allāh.

WHO DO YOU ASK FOR ADVICE?

 WHO DO YOU ASK FOR ADVICE?

The person who has a secret, as we previously described, should tighten his chest, but if he feels he must share his secret, he should do so by consulting someone who is religious, intelligent, and beloved, and he should never seek advice from someone who does not possess these three characteristics. If he is not religious, he will betray him; if he is not intelligent, then he will make a mistake regarding the correct course; and if he is not loved, then he may not give him sincere advice.
